Franny and Dr. Tam took care of me ❤️ I was really scared coming into the office but they helped me a lot. I got some drilling done and I expected to cry but they let me listen to my music and took a break whenever I needed it (even if I just needed to swallow) so I ended up in a cheerful mood after the visit.

This is the best dental office I have ever been to. The entire team is amazing; everyone from the front office (Skye and Emma), dental assistants (Rikki, Meli, Franny, and Aubrianna), hygienists (Melissa and Mel), and dentists (Dr. Gillette-Backstrom and Dr. Tam), including the specialists (Dr. Dijana, Dr. Ferguson, and Dr. Blamires), are so wonderful, caring, good at explaining what’s being diagnosed, why it is needed, providing care, and educating their on the procedures recommended and being completed. They really care about you as an individual, and they view dental care as an integral part of holistic healthcare, which it is! I mean, your mouth is not only connected to the rest of your body, but it is the entry point for anything and everything you put in your body to fuel it! I really appreciate how the whole team engages with not only me when I’m in the office but with one another, as well. You can tell they really care about you and each other, and they like working together. One of my favorite things with this dental office is the high standard of care and communication they have for themselves. This doesn’t mean they are perfect, but they ALWAYS care about my experience, any questions I have before, during, and after any visit. They also really take the time to talk with me if I have questions about an explanation of benefits that I get from my insurance after I’ve been to see them. I am so thankful I found them and have found providers that I can truly trust.
