I needed a new dentist after moving to Colorado Springs a few years ago. I finally reached out after finding Dentists of Broadmoore here in a Google search, based on their high reviews & customer satisfaction. Once I visited their office, I was immediately impressed with the new equipment, level of care available & incredible friendliness of everyone I encountered. Knowledgeable & welcoming front staff, the friendly & polite dental tech, to the amazing dental hygienist & the incredibly skilled Dr, Gillette - I spent the last two years in the Springs finally catching up on dental work I had neglected, even unintentionally, without realizing it. From the initial & intensive full de-scaling & below the gum line cleaning to “reset” my dental care, to the self-elected quarterly cleanings (so much easier now!!!) & semi-annual laser treatments, they completely eliminated over 30 years of bleeding gums within months. Add on two cracked molars from old silver fillings also 20+ years ago, with a digital 3D computerized scanning tool that allowed them to cut matching replacement crowns (reductive machining) in-house on not only the same day, but while I sat in the Dental chair??!! Amazing is putting it lightly… I’m an overseas contract helicopter pilot, so had to unfortunately leave Colorado to pursue bigger & better opportunities this past spring (2024). Despite annual visits my entire life around the world & in the military - I have never had the incredible level of care & expertise from a dental office / dentist in my life as good as I found here - legitimately. I’m still looking now & already have been woefully disappointed due to the high expectations I carry for a professional dental office to provide the level of care & management I now seek, based on my time as a patient with these wonderful people. This is by far the best dental office we have ever been in. Dr. Gillette-Backstrom and her team are professional, friendly, gentle and extremely considerate. The office is always clean and they have access to all the updated equipment needed for all our dental care. We’ve been coming here since their grand opening and our kids love coming in for their check-up’s and cleaning. So glad we found this place! 5 stars all around!!
